A reliable culture vessel is one of the most important parts of any tissue culture workflow. Tissue Culture Jars provide a clean, transparent environment for your cultures at every stage — from establishment through to rooting — allowing you to monitor growth without opening the jar and risking contamination.

The jars are compatible with all InVitro Garden media formulations and can be sterilized using a standard pressure cooker or autoclave.

Make sure not to close the lids fully airtight when pressure cooking/autoclaving, since it can cause deformations. Only close the lids partly!

How to use

1. Prepare your chosen tissue culture medium according to the instructions.
2. Dispense the prepared medium into the jars before sterilization.
3. Sterilize using a pressure cooker or autoclave.
4. Allow to cool, then introduce plant material under sterile conditions.
5. Seal and place in a suitable growing environment.
